keep same, new build, chain vest + cloak of agility +500 combine=2100 cost, but would be 20%crit

more sense build, giants belt + b.f. sword +300 combine = 2600 cost, 40 ad, 400 hp, at 1.5% the 400 hp would add 6 ad

on what champs could this be good?

You need to have a lot of HP to get the flat AD and make more use of the armor You want to have crit chance

Sooo... a lot of HP + AD + Armor would suite a Juggernaut but most of them don't give a crap about critting (actually no juggernaut gives a crap about critting)

Maybe a tanky crit-Yi? Or a tanky Yasuo?

Id like to see the stats for atmas changed into something like phage, Warhammer and that unique passive
