I still have no idea why Riot buffed her so much, no one even complained about her being weak before. It's like they wanted her to get picked in LCS.

She's not really stomping or drawing bans in high ELO/competitive so I doubt she's actually OP. She just has a safe kit that is always useful so of course her winrate is going to be decent. Amumu has a good winrate also and most high ELO junglers say he's absolute garbage if you play correctly vs him.
