Don't you hate it when laning phase ends super early?

I was playing Karthus mid, then their bot lane just showed up at 13 minutes and forced me to lose tower, and then I got forced to lose my 2nd tower because I can't defend 1v3 with just a roa and a dorans, (I am karthus I don't do shit for damage until 30 minutes). Come on bring back the 20+ minute laning phase.

With first turret dying as early as 6-8 in, 13 minutes isn't "early" this meta.

I was vs one bot lane that killed our bot turret before 6 mins after we died once; jungler wasn't even there. Was pretty crazy.
