Ezreal is still a great adc

Crit based ADC are just so broken right now it's ridiculous. Since the crit changes, Vayne, Caitlyn, Tristana, Draven, Jinx, and Jhin have just been in a state where their mid games are too strong for champs that are supposed to be late game due to the affordability of IE and buffs to RFC and shiv.

Kalista is the obvious exception in that her rend is not crit based but she is still viable because of how good engage tanks are right now. Ezreal never stopped being top tier other ADC just reached insane levels of broken with all the buffs to crit, and they took Ezreal's spot as the best mid game ADC.

no its not that... every adc is better then he is ... all of them

and it due to his build path and the early argo game meta

when he sits in lane and wants to farm and stack up a item 3070 while the other adcs get to their power spikes sooner and the game is typically out of reach for him to be effective is why he is bad

This is pretty much the problem. Previously Ezreal's power-spikes were earlier than scaling adcs, but with the itemisation changes to shiv and such the heavy scaling adcs spike a lot earlier than they used to... Power creep to 'regular adcs', has kinda left ezreal in the dust.

Corki would be the same if he wasn't a mid laner now.

its just when you are waiting til 18-20 mins to hit a power spike in game now the game is over... its a faster meta now... people cant build EZ the same way and expect the game to go 35+ mins

Agreed. Problem is you can't build Ez -any- way, that another adc won't do the same job better.

Kind of a bad situation for him right now, only real experts can make him work consistently.

see back in the day with TRIFORCE had crit he would rush that and use the crit on it...

why not get an early item 3508 so you have mana regen, ad, cdr, and crit and then build into triforce

like legit start item 3133 item 3057 then finish item 3508 then TRI so you have some damage to trade with ... and you have 30% cdr and the sheen procs on your abilities..

cuz you are gonna auto after using an ability any ways with sheen for the proc damage ... and ER would give you 70ad and crit chance cdr and mana regen
