30% Bonus damage if behind his target, every few seconds.
Meanwhile Draven gets 110% bonus damage, every single auto attack.
How do you assassinate your target, when they will always hit harder than you, and heal from it?
Just revert the rework entirely please.
Tecnically backstabbing couldn't be more fitting for an assassin.
On the other hand... in a game like LoL it feels really awkward to play around it as characters can freely change direction at will, Shaco kinda lacks control over his own passive.
Wish they would make some kind of Fiora passive, that shows a weak spot at the back of the target, and when they're hit there, it procs for a burst of damage, but takes a few seconds to recharge. It would allow both Shaco and the target to play around it, while also offering a more interesting mechanic. Spells could also benefit from the weakspot, allowing for combos.
I think Riot could cleanly incorporate Shaco's current passive into his E passive, and give him a new passive entirely.
For Example:
Shaco's basic attack will stun enemy champions for 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 seconds - forcing them to laugh uncontrollably - if it drops them below 10 / 12.5 / 15% of their maximum health. (9s On-Target Static CD)
So if Shaco jumps on someone, and bursts them, but not quite kills them, he eventually gets to stun them with a basic attack. It means Shaco can be bursty, but doesn't have to have the 100-0 <2s insta-burst Riot dislikes so much. This is effectively an execute, but one that requires Shaco to finish the job.
Honestly shaco should just get a rework, alongside nocturne
You compare apples to h-bombs. You cant compare passive without concidering the complete rest of the kit. Also how is backstabbing not fitting of an assasin.
they could give it the old loki ultimate effect. make it so that if you're unseen from your opponent your first attack will teleport you to their back and deal 30% bonus damage.
