How the hell did she get over 3k AP required to do one-shot someone with 3 spheres?

Unless you somehow allowed her to get 7 spheres out while missing everything without punishing her. Then she'd need around measly 1.5k AP.

You can literally get full numbers of spheres by spamming q with max CD-R, I don't see how that is hard.

With 40% CDR it takes 9.6 seconds. If she spends almost 10 seconds doing effectively nothing and you fail to punish her for that you deserve to be deleted.

...except you won't be even then because she needs at least 1000 AP to 100-0 an ADC with full BT shield. But hey, just hop on the bandwagon and cry.

Either your ADC built no defensive items (Bloodthirster doesn't actually count as defense) or Syndra had a few balls out before her ult.

Even for a carry you should never completely ignore defense, unless your job is to distract the enemy as you dive, and hope you blow an opponent up before you go pop.
