GayFluffyUnicorn4 votesPlaying flex q to prevent decaying. I'm in a high goldish elo game as a dia player. Go 7/0 on jax toplane. My bronze duo botlane obviously lost against the plat 5 adc and game is over. Like nothing i can do. Jax with 7 kills shitting on everyone 1v3 until the botlane comes. Game over. Alright then. I never wanted to have impact or agency at all in this game. Then you realise you are actually playing jax with counterstrike and such but janna/trist nope. Nothing you can do.

Crimsonninja1173 voteshad my fun of this yesterday ended the match 22/5/8 as riven top lane mid silver elo, but our adc was tilted and salty and fed my top lane after she fed bot cause she demanded a lane swap and wouldn't leave my lane so i went bot and stalled the game for 20 more mins then it deserved, i even one shot there entire team but with me being the only one able to do anything i could only stale for so long against a trist and karma*[sg-shisa]*

Paladin 0f Life1 votesHad this last game where i was 0 0 1 for dang near 10 minutes. The jung ganked me 4 times... camped me long enough to let bot do ballsy stuff. I carried by staying safe and being a tricky jax. then i steamrolled when he left cuz he put his top behind. You can win by not getting any kills at all. If you draw pressure then you can win the game.

There's a pretty massive difference between a fed ADC at Silver and a fed ADC at high rating.
That difference being that everyone you play with and against is bad and makes a potentially game throwing mistake roughly every 30 seconds.

Plat to diamond is HUGE and so yes silver to plat is not a big difference as in the adcs misposition, trade terribly, do stupid plays etc etc

Paladin 0f Life1 votesI play with diamonds, masters and plats all the time in customs for esports club. Plats get stomped by golds often and you dont see a noticeable difference in mechanics at all until diamond disregarding bronze. Macro is the key difference from silver to plat that and usually the types of champs that the plats climb with are carry laners while the gold 5 tank support could be plat 5 level but since he is so team reliant he has to focus on more aspects of the game to climb.

I can attest to this. I'm hard stuck at g5 and I make game throwing mistakes every 30 seconds

If you can play safe and give up farm bot, you'll get the same amount of xp, while your bot laners get an easy lane with kill pressure and free farm. With some champions like akali, you can even 2v1 their bot if you're fed enough.

The lack of individual performance being accounted for is always annoying.
Especially in ELO hell leagues like Silver where you have a 50% chance of losing the game just based on the throwing randoms Riot assigns.
