You wanna know how you can fix the current Ryze?

#Lower his fucking E range. Both the spread radius and the cast range.

Its literally the same issue as the original Ryze. Point-and-Click damage basically because you can just E, delay, W, E, Q and chunk 1/3 of their life before your first back even.

Also FFS up either the mana cost or CD on E so he at least has some gating.
