ye he is kinda "balanced" only because there are better pick and he isnt not that strong... balance...

I don't see him ever do well unless into very specific match ups.

Kinda hard for the balance team to say such a thing, when the balance team literally doesn't exist..

people always laugh at nerfs like -5 ms or 3 ad and never know what nerfs like this means earlygame and then the champions lose 4% winrate because of that.
