Alright this isn't a I think she is broken cuz in today's league a lot of champions can fall in line with that.....this is more of a how do I beat her or stop her from killing my adc as a support? And how do I deal with her mobility my ult doesn't work on her. Her kit is like design to get in and get out with little to no counterplay and as a support it falls on me to keep her away from my adc.....so any help to dealing with her would be deeply appreciated.
Nut on my Butt1 votesSupports, specifically enchanters, cuck Evelynn so hard. Early game she is weak, she has to land everything or get some really good follow up to kill anyone and that's once she hits 6. You can counter her just by body blocking for your ADC to stop her from landing her charm, and then if she doesn't land her initial Q on her intended target, she isn't going to do much damage at all.
The only real mobility she has is her ult, which is on a giant cd at rank 1, so if you've forced her to use her ult as an escape, you've just relieved a lot of pressure, because that's nearly two minutes that she can't go for big plays without a ton of risk involved.
creatureplex1 votesHer invisibility is what really fucked it up, camping bot lane it was hard to save my adc, cuz I'm pushing trying to set something up she pops up and I'm forced to fall back to save my adc, or try to usually failing.

What do you mean no counter play all her abilitys have a delay and her w takes 2.5 seconds what els do you need?
creatureplex1 votesAlright i was playing morgana everytime I try snareing her she charm me, or when I try to ult she uses her ult and another ability to get out of range of it, it truly sucks.
