First of all let me start off by saying I rarely forget to take smite, but we should at least be able to build machete just for that bonus xp and not be able to take machete any further. It would pretty much be the dorans item of junglers.

Sure it sounds good on paper, but there have been times where I've alt tabbed to watch a youtube video and than I notice it in game.

Right we all make mistakes and you shouldn't misrepresent me. Machete is ideal for monsters and is a tier 1 jungle item. So why not make it so that you can buy machete, but not upgrade it? Just so that you can get that bonus xp?
Kilanost1 votesThis is exactly what I do when I forget smite. You can actually stay in game and just never leave the fountain and still remake. I generally take those 3 min to inform both teams that I'm asking so we can remake bc my team doesn't deserve to go through 20 minutes of their time with the deck stacked against them and also lose LP bc I made a mistake. Generally people appreciate it and don't report you. And as long as ur not leaving games often, it's not held against you
KirotheImmortal1 votesThats a cool temp fix but leaving doesnt solve the blatent issue. If a jungler doesnt have smite the game is done. Hell an afk jungler is more usefull then one wothout smite.
This should be fixed in some way. Maybe bring thepicking of summoners into the game and not a pre game selection? Best example is Smite (game). In smite you are able to get relics(Sums) in game However you get one at the start and later get your second along with able to upgeade them with gold. Imo both features are amazing and should be taken into thought.
