jungle creeps to receive max damage

IMO all jungle creeps should take cap damage .

Help keep clear even across all champions.

Cinderhulk was the first step towards trying to introduce tank junglers into the jungle to help them be on an even playing field with fast clearing junglers. And I think it was pretty successful with this.

This is the next step to finalize this balancing act. To guarantee relatively similar clear thorought jungle. ATM an irelia for example is not great at clearing in the jungle. But with this implementating she won't fall too far behind other junglers with insane aoe clear. Early game sure but later whereas a Diana could take 1 second to clear raptors while irelia takes 2.25 seconds. Irelia will stay at 2.25 while Diana will be at a steady 1.7 or so seconds.

Your clear will plateau instead of reach outlandish speeds later With Conservation stacks being gone. It used to help junglers who didn't clear as fast. But right now I feel like I cant roam , constantly feel in race against time especially on a slow clear champion.

This is mainly to address really fast clearing champion.... Don't worry not looking to hurt champs like udyr. As I would not add this sort of feature without compensating them, it would make room to safely allow us to give him the following types of qol improvements to his kit.

http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/N0gMrcER-simple-udyr-qol-change

So to recap jungle creeps won't be able to take a certain amount of damage With the exception of smite of course.

Mainly looking at targeting dumb damage levels like I saw cowsep 1 shot the red buff on shyvana with one auto attack. Sure he went full DPS, if your full DPS with more exp and gold your not that squishy since your levels ahead of enemy and have items for sustain.

My suggestion would bring it down to needing say 5 or 6 autos instead.

Particularly those who also have mobility in their kit which allows them to move from from base to jungle faster and from camp to camp, they already have this going for them. Shouldn't that be ample enough. Its a race of just grind which I think is boring. And no sense trying to counter jungle an udyr since his jungle always cleared XD

Now this change won't be felt to them until they start reaching between early to mid game damage levels. Talking level 3 spells or so.

If need be give more rewards for jungling if junglers are found to get slower gold from this change. But overall I think it would be a better foundation to work with and build on.

I... don't think this is a good idea.

Some junglers are better at ganking, some junglers are better at clearing, some champions are better at dueling, and so on and on. If a specific champion is getting out of hand, they should be taken care of but we shouldn't outright nerf a playstyle.

Tbh they will still meet all of the above until mid game where it will plateau a bit. I'm mostly looking at outlandish amount of damage/clear speeds.

There's also little counter play to the amount of early clear udyr has. The least we can do is tone down his midnto late clear a tad. Its also a farm play style which is boring.

sorry but what? just because of Udyr? he is meant to have very good wave clear, and stop using "counter play" since you obviously have no idea what that actually means

Well jungle shouldnt get in way of improving udyr either. Which I feel like it is.

I first thought of this idea since I do feel that udyr is slightly too good at clearing. So thought of maybe placing cap on his phoenix stance which led to this idea.

He might be in an okay spot right now because of his speedy clear but with a sub par kit which could use the qol buff mentioned as well as others people have suggested. However adding these would likely put him in too good a spot specifically due to his clear speed. I'd rather a more cohesive smooth kit, I'd take a slight hitnon jungle clear for it. Feels sort of locked into jungle too. Wouldn't mind seeing some udyr top.

It would have more counterplay because it would snowball less as people can catch up a bit more since his clear would plateau instead of get faster and faster.
