Just won 2 losing games in a row primarily due to my actions
"Individual players have no agency in this game anymore"
"Comebacks aren't possible now"
"Individual players have no agency in this game anymore"
"Comebacks aren't possible now"
I'd love to see the replays, because I literally haven't seen that first statement in like...months
As for the "comebacks aren't possible" statement...I'm pretty sure the only reliable way for any form of a comeback is for the other team to be dumb and let themselves get picked.
As I said to the other dude. All levels of play are filled with dumb moments where people let themselves get picked lol. And it happens way too many times in a single match.
Comebacks do not happen.
Throws happen.
Less than 1/10 teams will lose after securing Baron and an inhibitor.
4/10 teams will lose after securing first blood on a champion/turret.
Most teams that secure first blood will also secure first turret.
Most teams that secure first turret will also secure the first inhibitor.
Most teams that secure the first inhibitor will secure Baron and vice versa.
It is an avalanche effect.
And only a poor decision on the enemy team's part that results in most of all of their team being dead for a minute in the late game should you be fortunate enough to reach it will provide some glimmer of hope for victory.
Do you know what game you are playing?
This is League of Throws. Throws are a constant and at least 10 or more are tossed out by both teams in the span of a 20 minute game.
That's exactly why comebacks are possible now and why they have always been possible. Even the highest level of play's comebacks have always been from throws/misplays (SKT Bang's infamous flash ult into the entire enemy team in World's Finals for example).
