Illaoi has so many bugs with her W and E that have been there since she was on the PBE.

Are you ever going to fix them?

Iv posted about them a ton since she has been released. Iv filled bugs on the PBE and on the live forums.

BUT I can give you a quick run down.

For her W

Any time She has W active (holding the empowered attack) and she gets interrupted (stun, displacement, silence) she is locked out of using the attack and her W will not reset until the Buff times out and the CD resets. This can be as long as 6s BEFORE the power will go on CD meaning you cant attack for over 6s other then Q,E or R (so no Auto attacks). She should only be locked out of using it for the duration of the CC.

Some times when there are a lot of Tentacles out (3+) and you hit someone with W, some or all will not attack.

Some times if you have just hit someone with W and then Pull their soul with E tentacles will only attack once tho they should attack once for the W and Once for the Spirit that was just pulled.

If Illaoi is slowed her W will not leap to targets that are in range, the slow seems to lower the range of her W by its slow %. This can be smaller then her auto attack range and so she cant auto attack (like Nass Slow at 90%). This does not happen all the time but enough to notice if you are laning vs someone with a slow.

Like Beatrice stated (tho I dont see this hardly at all but it can happen) Some times Tentacles dont spawn when you hit people with her Ult.

On to her E

ANY projectile other then auto attacks from a Champion will block her E The easiest one to test is Ekko's Q. Have him shoot it out and then E into him through the Timewinder and it will block the E. Basically everyone with a projectile spell has Yasuo's WW vs her.

I see few people taking active advantage of these bugs but there are some that are very aware of them and you basically lose lane to them unless your jungler camps them.
