So LoL garena has a newbie level up rewards program.
It gives you 5 T3 AP/AD runes. 3 AP/AD quints, and 400RP total.
Why cant NA have something similar?

Could not care1 votesAFAIK it's an encouragement to play in Garena cause a lot of people in the region choose to play on other servers instead. That makes Garena somewhat obsolete, especially due to queue times.
NA has more than enough people.
