However currently its very limited. CDR and HP per level shards are beyond worthless. Scoop a turd out of a toilet and it would have more value than the hp shard. There should also be more options that can be brought back from the old rune page system or completely new options. Please go more in depth with it.

I agree, it reminds me of the old runes. The CDR feels semi underwhelming, along with the HP. I wouldn't say the CDR is that bad, I would take it over the ATTK speed and adaptive damage on someone like Kayn. What are your suggestions on buffs for them though?
