What are the Rune builds you've come up with for AP Healing supports?

Here are some I was thinking of Nami http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/featured/preseason-update/8200-8214?build=20002227 or http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/featured/preseason-update/8200-8214?build=20002006 or http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/featured/preseason-update/8200-8214?build=20002316

I've posted this on another thread about the new Runes theorycrafting but i'll repost it here as well

- Bane of Bot Lane

http://eune.leagueoflegends.com/en/featured/preseason-update/8200-8214?build=20200346

Situation: Playing bot lane against other Enchanters or melee supports with telegraphed engage (Not suicidal to try this vs Killfishing lanes)

Reasoning:

Sorcery cos it's going to sync up real sweet with the build

Inspiration secondary for a large chunk of AP + again sync's too well with build and selections from Sorcery
Summon Aerie is a no-brainer here... very versatile and highly useful no matter how it's used
The Ultimate Hat for more frequent ults come late game
Transcendence for more CDR and converting excess CDR into AP, which (surprise, surprise) just works too well with this build
Scorch to charge Athene's faster for EVEN BIGGER healing potential
Future's Market to get to core items ASAP
Cosmic Insight is once again just too good with this set-up and self-explanatory
Build in question : ( / / )

Hint : All of the above items have 10% CDR, with full build that's 60% + 10% + 5% from Transcendence and Cosmic Insight -> meaning a total of 70 AP extra, for freebies
