Can we have a Tier system.
Some champs are just better versions of themselves. 
Why not have tiers where those champs aren't able to be played. It would be healthier for the player base that complain that banning one thing doesn't stop and the mentality of if a champ has a high ban rate making another champion just as op makes it less problematic.

Blitzcrank has a more solid solo kill confirm when in team fights and offers the option of building tanky. Blitzcrank E can't be dodged after getting hooked and his silence can further stop escapes if the player knows what they're doing.
Pyke's E can be dodged and his Q has a charge up, making it very telegraphed as to when/where he's going to throw it. Overall Pyke is more risky because he can't survive for longer than a second of being focused and relies entirely on landing his ult. If he whiffs an ult or gets caught out, the team loses an important member entirely.
The problem here is that it's not always a numbers thing -- often it's a meta thing, or an ability set, or simply a case or reliability being move valuable / less valuable than power. Short of making all champions identical you can't really cut out these variables to make everything equivalent at all times.
