Kalista has been bullying other marksmen

Her new W = SOUL-MARKED Kalista gains 5/10/15/20/25 bonus attack damage when near her Oathsworn despite the other changes which included a range nerf Is there any reason to play her bot lane or even mark anyone tell mid game anymore? How can Kalista Possibly be a bully in this meta. By the time she's built enough attack speed and bork she could easily get 1 shot by a dark harvest jungler. Not to mention her auto's only do 90% ad unlike any other champ so the bonus attack applied is fractioned. Plus she misses if not in vision.

If she's permanently banned in Tournament play why is she nerfed like this for everyone else?

The truth is just changing the mana refund on her E would've been enough of a change to make her far less priority in pro games but like usual Riot went too far and changed like 4 other things about her in the same patch.

Riot's left her in an unplayable state before, and they probably will again. Tbh though if you were good with her before you can still do well with her now but she is far riskier of a pick and very feast/famine which makes her a below average ADC pick.

Because shes OP in high level play. Seriously, tournament/Master+ doesnt run on some magical, mystical patch that has its own specific nerfs. Shes OP in high level play, so she gets nerfed. She is hands down the single best ADC in the game bar none when played optimally. That is deserving of a nerf.

It is impossible to balance the game for both casual and high end play. Typically certain characters do well in the upper echelons at such a level that they have no choice but to nerf them. As much as we all hate to admit it, people make a lot of money playing this game, and Riot makes a lot of money from people who watch things like the LCS, and for that to continue to be enjoyable, they can't leave something like a perma-ban champ in that state for too long, otherwise it starts to become far too predictable and removes a lot of the potential fun from watching high end play.

I think you misinterpreted my message. She's banned in lcs permanently Because shes built on teamwork. You can only do what your champion allows you no matter what elo your limited. Though despite her 525 range she'll miss any auto if they walk into a bush, get out of vision. Her E is a very small window as well. She has plenty of counter ability. Yasuo can fly through minions, but kalista attack moving early on is pitiful and as easy to land an ability on as a draven and his axes. Yea she gets stronger slightly in game, but never strong enough to 1v1 another adc when she has no passive W or ult.
