Anivia's stun effect should also apply 'chilled'

I am aware that her Q- Flash Frost applies 'chilled' when passing through units. I am aware it applies the 'chilled' debuff when it explodes.

Why is the 'chilled' debuff treated as a slow when it has stunned the target?

If Master Yi is a megashitlord and somehow manages to get stunned from Flash Frost, he should gain the Chilled debuff for the duration of the stun. I am aware that Master Yi is an Anivia counter because of his ability to avoid her double damage when walking through her ult. But if he gets stunned, not slowed, why should Chilled not apply? Counter means he has the edge, not he has the victory.

It should be difficult to get the double damage proc on someone immune to slows, but not downright impossible.

Her damage from her combo is comparatively lower than other mages even with her double damage proc* so without her double damage needle of death, she is pretty damn worthless.

*( 4 second window her damage is 1350+(300%AP), Xerath can pull out 1610+(340%AP). I am not asking for a damage buff to Anivia.

**TLDR: While stunned from Flash Frost, people immune to the Chilled debuff via slow immunity should be vulnerable to the double damage. **

at least you can stop olaf with your wall as long as he doesn't flash over it. meanwhile Yi can Q over the wall.

Not without a nerf somewhere. Anivia is easily one of the most underrated champions in the game. She does less damage than Xerath because Xerath doesn't have a wall and 936 health at level one. Champions that are immune to slows counter her, that's the way it's supposed to be. She isn't supposed to be moderately strong against everyone. She needs weaknesses, and being immobile isn't always enough when you have a wall and multiple CC abilities with an undying ult.

To sum it up, if you pick Anivia into Yi or Olaf, you should expect to have a bad time. If someone picks Yi or Olaf into your Anivia, you took the risk and lost the coin toss. Maybe it wasn't a good idea to show her so early. We don't need anymore ultra safe mages getting babied. Every champion needs trade offs, and what seems like quality of life to you could be damaging to the game over all.

Seriously calling Anivia a safe mage? If you are going to argue she has "936 health at level one", then you are saying "once anivia reaches 50% she is stunned for 6 seconds and gets negative armor and magic resist."

Compared to a free 100 damage shield without giving up anything like Yasuo does, I think I would take the later.

"Multiple forms of CC" She has 2 20% slows and a 1 second stun. 20% slows aren't even slows.

It is probably the easiest skill shot in the game to dodge due to its ridiculously slow and justified flight time. If you still get hit by it when you have 500+ MS and immunity to slows, you deserve to get punished for your bad play.

While I agree she doesn't need this change, the thing about anivia's egg is that unless you're under tower, the other laner is out of mana, or your team is coming, it's practically useless. Counting her egg, she may technically have huge health amounts throughout the laning phase, but if that egg is popped most of the time she will die.
