It's just the same warlord's bloodlust/RFC/Shiv abuse people did on Caitlyn. If you actually think it's because other lane bullies got nerfed you're delusional everyone knows she is just a good abuser of that broken unholy trinity that has pushed ADC over the top for the last 3-4 patches.
