I hate when my team's bot lane lose
On the past, I always had the strange feeling that bot lane was always the lane who would decide the outcome of match the most. If the enemy bot lane was fed, that would be our downfall. If our bot lane was fed, we would easily get to victory. Sure, other lanes can also decide the outcome of match, but I was always sure that bot lane was the one who had the most chance to decide whether our team would win or lose. I have never been able to explain why, but now I think I can explain that with two reasons:
- If your bot lane is not doing well, your team is at an extreme risk of losing early dragons, because they are very near the dragon and an ADC can help their jungler into getting early dragons due to their auto-attacks. This will help a team snowball to victory because they have the advantage of dragon buffs. When my bot lane is losing, I am almost always sure that our team will lose the dragon unless we manage to get a good gank and use that opportunity to get a dragon.
- If the enemy ADC is ahead compared to our ADC, this means they have more AD and atk speed, thanks to their items. And this translates into them taking towers faster. And that will translate into our team having an higher chance to lose because their ADC is destroying our towers.
That's why when I am mid laner, I try to gank my bot lane whenever possible, I don't want them to lose because this can put our team on an horrible situation that we will have difficulty to recover from.
