Is that item "Death's Dance" real?

I've seen this image on Facebook a few times, but since there are no posts on surrenderat20 about PBE changes, I don't know if this is real.

Because... this seems like an amazing item. Especially because it works well with one of my main champions Khazix - when the AD itemization changes come to live, they will be a buff to him. This "Death's Dance" item is essentially an AD item 3152 which is extremely good for Kha'Zix since his Q is single-targeted, so he will heal for full effect. Kha'Zix also likes the CDR and the another passive, which as I understand, is a 20% damage reduction.

I initially feared that this item could be abusable by champions like Riven or Zed but then I read the "33% effectiveness for multi-target effects", which is good since Riven and Zed will not be able to abuse them as much, they will still be better off using lifesteal items. They can still abuse the second passive, though.

It is still a buff for Kha'Zix. If this is real and comes to live - Kha'Zix will essentially become an AD Vladimir

this item will be abused by tanks in conjuction with thornmail I fear. this doesnt seem to exclude abilities so mages now have a "thornmail" of their own to worry about. Not sure if it will be "op" or a core item on tanks because well...it is a damage item.

but as a duelist item it is pretty ridiculous. combine this with people who have a dot already like Darius and it could be insanely strong. It is very expensive though so I'm not sure how it will stack up. it seems interesting. I'll have to try it on the PBE to really get a feel for it.

Most tanks have no AD ratios, so this item seems like it is better fitting for bruisers. But most of them can't really abuse the "AD spellvamp" part due to the penalty for AoE spells, unless they auto-attack very often.

Huh? This deals no damage to the attacker. I read the second passive as 20% of the damage done to the item holder is taken by the itemholder as bleed damage over 5 seconds instead of instantaneous as it normally would have been. Nothing is reflected back to the person attacking the itemholder.

Yes, it exists. Check this awesome site: http://ddragon522.chuie.io/

As for the second passive, it doesn't return damage. It "delays" it. Basically, if you were to suffer 100 damage, you suffer 80 damage instead and 4 damage per sec for 5 sec. This blocks a fraction of burst damage and gives you time to heal it back.

Still a good item, though, no longer ADCs can just kite and lifesteal all my damage back.

Totally rushing this item on Aatrox

So since the item says it is working on physical damage and it is not melee exclusive... does that mean Varus and Jayce super safe poke will now heal them for absurdly high amounts? Though I guess those 33% would apply there for those skillshots
