Can we also look at Aatrox. He's been in the gutter much longer than any of them. Decrease his Q wind-up. A stronger slow. Lower health costs. Something that might give him reason to not stack lifesteal and attack speed. You don't have to give him a damage buff or anything because we all know he's a stat check champion and a small damage buff could make him op LOL. But how bad could a buff elsewhere in his kit be until his rework (hopefully in the diver update).
