Just played a game where at 2 min Blitz went afk after i binded him. Cue the worst game i ever had in LoL

Yeah this does really suck when it happens. But I don't think Riot will change it because being able to unbind/rebind in a match gives Kalista way too much utility on top of all that she already has. It would allow her to use different champs at different points in a game to counter whatever the enemy team is doing. When an enemy team knows who she's bound to, they can plan accordingly. It's too much for them to have to guess each time there is a team fight who she's gonna spew out.

IMHO, I think the whole mechanic was a terribad idea. They should just dump her linked % dmg and make her ult instead throw out some sort of minion like Tibbers for a short period of time.

I would gladly pay 2000 gold just so i can have an ultimate... There is a free spear in the shop that does nothing already anyway.

They should dump the linked % dmg and just add power somewhere else in the kit, it feels like it takes up her entire budget early. The ult should stay though, it allows you to save your teammate from death and you can make nice plays with it, though most happen only when you premade.
