She is currently sitting at has been sitting at an abysmal winrate (the lowest for support) and is currently a non problem in pro play. Can we revert some of the gutting?

Never.... until she has to have the risk/reward of regular champs idk how she can be balanced. Her kit is the support version of "unfun."

I think she be a lot more balanced if she can only stick to one person the entire game.
Buff her ONLY when she's not untargetable.
No because people for some reason think the game is over when you can't kill the support that can only heal one person
If they revert her she will skyrocket back up. What they need to do is admit they were wrong when people warned them back on PBE about how toxic her kit is and go back and rework her entirely. I loved playing her, but unfortunately she has a stacked kit and any good ratio "buffs" changes will only cause her to once again dominate.

She's actually good lol but that thing when whoever she's attached to dies and she's like fish on dry land after happens enough to be reflected in her win rates I bet, it's a double edged sword and that's that. In fact she deserves worse deaths then dying like a fish on dry land just for existing but let's keep it civil.
