By "broken" I mean something that is unhealthy for the game or prevents people from enjoying the game of course. It's unfortunate that the definition of broken has warped to become "overpowered" simply because of the clickbaits used by some YouTubers.

Now, a lot of times, something broken is also overpowered. I'm looking at you, gold funneling. However, a champion who is underperforming can also be broken. For the longest time, Ryze and Azir have been a nightmare to balance. They're performing too well in professional play while being shit in solo queue, so they are broken in the sense that the skill difference between a novice and a pro is too big.

Well that's fine and all, but what's my intention with this post? I want the word "broken" to mean something again. Back to when we would have discussions as to what is broken about this champion and figuring out how to fix it.

It may seem im coming off bias here but Quinn in that past patches for her got a few bug fixes and things that should have been on the champion from the start like an auto attack mid flight will proc harrier

her only stat buffs i can see that were even recent were v8.6 Base attack damage reduced to 59 from 62. Attack damage growth increased to 3 from 2.41.

and this was a while ago I fear if they nerf her shes going to be bad again what her problem is isnt her kit or stats its item 3095 the last time Riot touched Quinn was v8.7 we are on 8.13 and she just recently started becoming really strong Ive played Quinn long enough through all the patches to know that its thats making her busted she wasnt a top tier pick until just recently and what came out someone recently?
