kassadin is the lowest win rate champ now

ForgiveColour··4 votes·586 views

consistent 40% winrate that pretty much means he is underpowered. He is still good in the hand of a kass main but he takes too much effort to be good compared to the like of cinderhulk junglers when they just 100-0 your adc by just standing there with full tank build and pretend tank junglers take skill.

buff kass +20 base dmg on his q and w 9second back to 6 now and e cd -1, i mean people on board thinks kass is weak in lane rite so why not buff his q? xDDD
