Riot, can we have "Upgrades" for Exhaust?

For example, new support items like the new machete upgrade items that give our exhaust additional effects? My Ideas:

Exhaust can have up to 2 charges, each charge on a 180 second cooldown. 15 seconds between charge cast

Default Exhaust

Slows enemy champion movement speed by 30% for 5 seconds. All exhausts have this effect.

Red Exhaust

Deals (10 + 5 Per Level) True Damage and reduces incoming healing on that champion by 50% for 5 seconds.

Blue Exhaust

Reduces enemy champion's armor / magic resist by (1 x Your Current Level) for 5 seconds.

Purple Exhaust

Tethers an enemy champion to you for 5 seconds. They can not move out of this range unless they use Flash. (THIS IS HOW YOU DEAL WITH LECANCER)

White Exhaust

Marks an enemy champion for 5 seconds. Any ally that deals damage to this champion in that time will grant you (3 + 1 Per Level) Gold. Killing that champion during this time will grant you an additional 20 gold.
