The cd on Swain's ult is a great thing to target

Is riot planning on doing this? Increasing the cooldown to 30 seconds that is. That will seriously hurt him as a lot of assassins are not reliant on their ults to kill people, with Zed being the only one, and even Zed can find ways to blow people up without using the ult. People need to remember that Swain's purpose is to serve as a bruiser mage capable of shutting down assassins and preventing them from getting fed through a combination of sustain and high damage output.
