Is there any champion more useless pre-6 then Akali?

oh yeah she is been so nerfed, than riot buff her 5 times this season (if u count items) , she isnt a popular champion , because people dont like to be bully ( and she is bullied hard pre 6) but she is fuckinglybroken , a three dash , and she use energy no mana,.

She is kinda broken right now, the good part is that she is bad at tf , so at least she have counterplay , not like other champs

oh yeah , throwing a blade that deals 30 de damage every 7 seconds and if she aa them then u talk 1/4 of their hp, but hey lets buff akali more, maybe when she look at u , and u die , she ll be ok
