I'm scared of ranked, but i can adc, support, jungle, tank, and I'm best with mid. I have at least 3 champions of each role, but I'm scared there might be trolls and I might have to leave cause of lag or eating and or going somewhere.

One thing that I guarantee will bring up your win rate: Buy a ward every single time you go back if you have extra gold. ALWAYS try to keep a pink ward up. It costs 100 gold, which is what, 5 cs? And it saves you much more than 100; it will save your life or even get you kills.
Here's the thing. Most people already know that. They just don't actually do it because they don't remember (myself included sometimes even though I'm the one telling you to do this). Just focus on remembering and you will win far more games. They help your entire team win the game.

Generally you want to place a pink somewhere where it is unlikely to be seen, but there are exceptions. And remember, it's better for an enemy to see your pink ward and kill it while you have time to retreat to safety than it is for them to simply gank and kill you.
Anyway, the best places to put pinks depends on your role but generally it's best to place them in the enemy jungle to keep track of where they are. Putting one behind their red buff in the bush is one very good place and another is in the tri-bush near their blue.

All my friends that were gold are now silver, and they're having a lot of trouble getting back there. Just believe in yourself man, grind it , you can do itttttt!
