Are the new dragon buffs too easy to snowball games?

I say yes, and tomorrow when it's not midnight and I have time, I'll elaborate. Basically, the changes in place now benefit tanks none and make it a living nightmare to even fall behind a single dragon, let alone two or three.

dragon has always snowballed your team... a lot

Dragon feels like a extra champion in the game now.

Nerf every global passive then re-introduce it as an objective.

At lvl 3, you get global Janna passive.

No.

Yes obviously multiple dragon buffs give the enemy an edge. However, just played a game where enemy got 3 dragons and a baron and we still won it at the end.

It clearly doesn't give you so much strength over the enemy team that your team just wrecks after the first dragon.

Now by 5 stacks... that's a different story. On the other hand if you're killing 5 uncontested dragons then Idk how the game is still going anyways. Kill the enemy nexus and end it.

i agree

they really aren't I played a game (as Garen) we had two dragons by the end. Because of the spawn times the enemies can also just buy elixirs and have just as much power.

edit: grammar

hell no, I don't want to sit through a 40 minute game that should of ended but can't because your teammates are dead weight

The buffs are very small and do not affect the game much, but I do agree, that if a team can secure even 2 of the extra buffs, they can probably snowball from there. The buffs are small alone, but big if you count a 5 man teamfight.

Personally, I welcome the buffs on dragon, but I think it should be harder to take than it is, if the team has already killed it.

It sounds like "Dragon is important".

extra damage to minions and monsters helps.

I got 3 early dragons for my team and they weren't able to do anything with it. I suspect that they were mostly elo boosted (bunch of 0 point diamond 5s lol) but yeah taking dragon isn't auto win.

Well on the last game I played, top and mid were pretty much going even, and bot lane had a bit of an advantage over the enemy. It eventually led to a fight at dragon pit and we got first dragon, and from there everyone in the team snowballed so hard that it was just one turret after another and eventually their nexus...I think that dragon ≠ auto-win, but for any team that knows to prioritize objectives, snowballing would be easier than last season.

Now that I think about it, it was also perhaps because our WW did spend a lot of time getting that crab on the rivers. I don't think the enemy team ever did get a dragon, as we took 3 or so.
