Twitch Buffs

Okay, it's a start, but it misses the mark. Rat doesn't have many (almost any) mana issues. I think reducing the cost on Ambush is a decent idea considering it's...well...bad. BUT! That doesn't change the fact that 5 seconds to wait cause a minion sneezed on you is fair. It's still dumb, but okay.

The Twitch ult damage buff is REALLY NICE, but it's...sigh It's probably going to signal overtuned. People will bitch about it once they play against it.

QoL changes Rat-ta-tat-tat renamed to Spray n' Pray Contaminate renamed to Fester (as Expunge still doesn't make sense)

Twitch's main issue is that his kit revolves around a passive that's already not that good. Sure it does true damage, and you can potentially throw it on the entire enemy team, but the chance of that is extremely rare.

Right now Twitch's passive at max rank, with max duration, with max stacks, is around 215 damage. It's pretty pathetic and the fact you have to auto attack them at least 6 times if you do not use your W is stupid. The damage is easily outshone by Vayne, a similar champion to Twitch that's pretty much all-around better aside from teamfighting. Her early game is stronger, her late game is stronger, she's a better duelist, she has much more mobility, her stealth is typically a lot stronger, her true damage is almost always a lot stronger. Literally the only reason you would pick Twitch over Vayne is to have better teamfighting.

I think Twitch needs one or two hard buffs, not 36 > 40 damage on his ult at level 16. That's ridiculous. His ult is fine, and his mana costs are fine. His damage and his early game being non-exisent is what needs to be addressed.

he needs wave clear and not to get demolished early game by any engage type champions against him. also he straight up needs a nami/janna support to carry him through laning phase. its that horrible.

other champs rush early ad, twitch rushes lifesteal/attack speed. meaning he needs to get off more hits, which just isn't that appealing in the early game. especially with his low hp pool and low mobility.

Yes, but sometimes, he's irrelevant even during late game. Thornmail for everybody!

I've always thought his passive needed buffs. He can't win a trade early against competent enemies, and he REALLY SHOULD be zoned 90% of the time. His teamfighting is the only thing he has over Vayne, and even that isn't worth it because he is significantly less mobile AND has no self-peel, unlike Vayne. Therefore, he can be wiped off of the face of Runeterra far more quickly, which directly impacts his damage output in teamfights.

I've watched the LPL where he's actually used. That is, in fact, what happens. It's even worse in lower skill levels where the Twitch mispositions and his team doesn't peel.

It doesn't stop there. His only AS steroid is locked into an ability he can only really make use of if used preemptively, which means in lane (Where he's weak) he'd have to initiate the aggressiveness. His only AD steroid is locked into his ultimate on a considerably long cooldown. His passive and E were nerfed to Hell.

He's literally only decent when all his CDs are up and jumping him effectively prevents his only AS steroid. That's bad enough. He can stand to have a stronger passive.

I really don't see the +4 damage is gonna make a big difference. 40 Mana to his Q I'd say is good but this is not enough. He need more buffs than that. or maybe a rework on a couple of his Abilities like they did for Teemo.

It's been almost 3 years now. They should really give Twitch the attention he deserves and make him healthy and fun again.
