Riot, we wanted a Reduced Mana Cost on Lux's E not her Q.

I agree. Especially in this assassin meta thats coming.... Shes gonna have trouble. But shes been slowly getting buffs, so maybe in a few more patches ? :/ I'm just happy shes not getting MAJOR buffs that cause her to become fotm

Her Ult cost (100 all ranks) and E cost (70/85/100/115/130) are the same as Nami's Ult and W. Never heard anyone complain about that. Never considered it worth complaining about myself. Nami has greater level 1 mana/mana regen, but Lux's scales higher. Janna has higher base and total than both, but her costs are much higher. Not sure why people find it hurts Lux more than everyone else.

I actually know why. You want to spam your abilities with no regard to mana conservation.

Why is Lux getting buffed at all? She doesn't need one.
