im only disappointed with one aspect of poppys rework

I found out that your passive resets your swing timer. it's a little weird to use it like that, what with having to navigate to a champ without clicking on them. But a good combo I worked out was W-E (stun works best!)-Q-Auto (passive, applies IBG)-Auto-Q pop. It's a surprising amount of damage.

to be a juggernaut, you have to be very strong in lane and you have to scale very good to be extremely bulky with alot of damage. basically "juggernaut" means very strong, tanky fighter. lee sin is not a fighter, he is more of a utility assassin but his physical condition is so weak that he cant fight. fighters (and juggernauts even more so) have tremendous physical condition but usually lack much utility.

poppys numbers and all are good so she has the potential to be strong but her kit doesnt allow her to be a threat. poppy is not threatening and she has no offensive options in lane. what can she do against real fighters like darius, garen, renekton, irelia, jax, shyvana. she probably just gets all-inned and dies or bullshits around a bit but she surely does not FIGHT them head on.

her Q has basically no offensive applications except when you get a really lucky stun off with your E (or flash-stun maybe) and ofcourse to waveclear a bit (at least something). her W is useless in a 1on1 scenario EXCEPT if she is stronger and wants to prevent the enemy from escaping but with her kit, a scenario in which she is stronger simply doesnt exist. also her ultimate is, as i said, weak. its base damage and scaling are both good and it also grants a knockup but its weaker than similar combat-ultimates like garens, darius, rivens etc.

against jump-champions it might be easy to gank her because she can E W R for free ganks but then again, its a 2on1 scenario and doesnt contribute to her laning strength.

now to conclude this, i think no matter how strong she is at release or how much she will get nerfed/buffed, she suffers from the yasuo syndrome. if her kit offers her enough damage to actually lane and fight good, her utility is so absurdly high that she basically has everything and if her damage is too low to lane and fight good (which it currently looks like to me) her utility isnt good enough to justify picking her.

what they should ACTUALLY have done is EITHER make her a very safe full utility support with good waveclear so she can be played in either toplane or botlane or make her a really strong juggernaut minimal utility
