Do you think he'll need compensation after the Rylai's nerf?
I know he's already struggling, but please don't over-do it. Something small at first like reverting the base HP/MS nerfs.

They continue to try and change or morph him around, but until they actually do a hard kit change. Hes still going to be one of the top flex picks. Vlad top, as a tank is pretty strong actually consider the health to ap, and ap to health passive.

Full AP is what anyone with a decent winrate is building.
Full AP drastically out-damages tank, has barely lower HP (~3600->4000 is not a big deal considering what you gain), more MR, and about 10% higher healing. Without SV. Its objectively the superior route.

Mountain Warden1 votesTank vlad doesn't seem to do well late game where he's suppose to be a god. He doesn't do much besides being hard to kill. As OP has said, hard AP is where it's at right now. The gain in damage (and by extension his self heal) is essential for him to be the major late game threat he's always been.
