Ahri is the worst case of a champion obviously needing nerfs going untouched forever since S3 Kass.
Kassadin was ruining the game by being obviously broken, yet being left untouched for patch after patch. Ahri is in the same boat now.

I mean I don't play competitively so I can't speak for her, but Kassidan was pretty fucking scary.

was broken, and now if played well could carry in solo q, but I dont think is anywhere close. In addition, she's super squishy, and out-playable.
