Thoughts on Bloodrazor in lane in 6.10?

It seems like the item may be strong enough to be a situationally decent item on some auto-attack champions in top lane such as Shyvana and Jax.

Am I just crazy, or does anybody else plan to at least try it?

It's straight garbage in the jungle and even the increase on pbe isn't enough. Many junglers right now like yi and jax just do not build a jungle enchant at all because really they can build anything else and do better. Bork outright is better and bork is complete garbage from an itemization standpoint for most people but still better use of your gold getting the cutlass(which is one of the worst component items right now at it's cost) just for the slow+ad+lifesteal with no attack speed and then going right to bork.
