There doesn't seem to be a point in nerfing ADC's
When you can just build

And then bypass a weak early game by being OBNOXIOUSLY strong later on into the game. Sucks dick because:
ADC's are strong? It's supports problem. [slayer-jinx-unamused] (Now that shields are pretty much ground levels of useless, Lethality Assassins and AP Assassins are instantly nuking people. And people wonder: Why is snowballing so bad? . . . When Supports are the class that SUPPRESS snowballing.) ADC's are strong? It's an item problem. [zombie-brand-facepalm] (Now support items are nerfed, tank items are nerfed, the very second that bruisers get a good item it's abused by ADC's) ADC's aren't strong? Alright, let's just buff supports and then nerf tanks, bruisers, assassins and mages to make sure we protect our precious meta. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
If you're an ADC in the bottom lane you should have to climb your way to 3-4 items before you can even begin to THINK about contesting another bruiser / fighter / mage / assassin / something that does exceptional damage. Now it's just get 2 kills, blow people up because you're
with a
grabbing two kills per-full rotation.
Or if you're
just get an INSTANT kill with
on a dead minion with her Q and ultimate.
How about the
special who can kill somebody with 1 item in less than a full rotation lvl 6.
Imagine giving any class the ADC treatment and give them the same itemization that ADC's have, see how quick they will become problems. The instant second that any AP mid gets some traction they just get their head snapped behind their back for an entire patch because: "ADC's are weak lmao."
