Ever since Mordekaiser was reworked he has gotten nothing but nerfs. I agree that he needed, but jeez the more patches releases the weaker he gets. For example the ryali nerf and now exhaust (exhaust was a great spell to cover his weakness) but he keeps getting indirectly nerfed, and that piece of metal is full of bugs, TONS. Someone on reddit listed all his bugs, and some of them are major. Riot please help

Could he be fixed with alot of Bug fixes and Poweshifts? Yes.
Do I want a Sion Level rework which doesn't run on Gimmicks and Team Reliance. Yes.
