Mordekaiser - worst state?

I'm a main Mordekaiser, so what I'm going to say is completely from my experience and opinion.

We all know that Mordekaiser is avery powerful champion, yet so fragile. He deals the same amout of damage as the times people used the graves cigar joke, but he lacks mobility and CC, which kind of balances and that's fine. However, with the Ryali nerf I felt like Morde got EXTREMELY effected by it negatively, same way mages felt it hard when DFT was removed. Ryali has always been a must item on Morde because it helped him chase, kit, escape and give him some control. Now morde once again heavily relies on an ally rather than being solo or split pushes, because he needs someone to cc for him and help him get in a good spot.

TL;DR What do you guys think about the current Morde?
