Give us a map editor Riot

I kinda sense that Summoners Rift was hand made, meaning, there is no map editor on the Riot side.

Regardless, I'd love to fiddle around one, to create different scenarios for different game modes. The community could vote to put the best ideas on rotation. I wouldn't mind paying subscription for it :P
