Rakan needs a rework
He's a useless support without Xayah and the only reason I see is because he makes her stronger and she empowers him with her W. His passive is just a shield, his Q is just a skillshot reliant Taric Q, his W is an Alistar combo with a delay, his E is just a Lee Sin W but to champs, and his ult, while unique and cool, isn't that great unless the enemy clumps together. I feel like he's just here to buff Xayah while she carries him.
