Sounds like someone thought that ranged cancer Lissandra Quinn Nidalee should always win vs a sluggish top like Sion , ended up getting outplayed because he got cocky because of "muh autoattack" and ended up feeding one of the most unreliable champions in the game.

I don't think that's necessarily fair. It's easy to underestimate Sion's damage while lane, especially if he lands his full combo. I agree to your point of him being unreliable though.

first my main role is jungle i dont even care about what is going on top lane!! but the fact is that even if you shut down sion he just build tank and still do damage and have shitload of CC in almost no CD!! ok? that a problem here

Tanks don't "fall behind" in damage because all they use is their base damages from their abilities. I don't know why you mention that "even after shutting him down he has a "shitload" of CC with almost no CD", did you perhaps think that CC was lost with death? List of tanks with good CC: Alistar Hecarim Gragas Maokai Nautilus Sejuani Sion Thresh Zac Volibear Olaf Malphite , etc my point is ALL of them(tanks/tank supports are supposed to bring VERY strong CC to the game, that is a main purpose of their role). CC is always viable, which is why "shutting down" someone with great CC still leaves them relevant in the game. Next time, focus on getting your ADC and mid some kills, and just put pressure on top with appearances in order to deny Sion CS. He is a good, viable pick in top lane. He does not need a nerf.
