Which champs in their current state do you think aren't allowed to be good atm, whether it be cus they crush noobs and the new player experience, or they are toxic, or they're too boring to watch on the lcs

He's actually not that bad atm, but he'll never be Lee/Udyr/Shyv-tier good. Riot won't allow it, unless he gets a full rework. No one below diamond has any idea how to properly play against him, and he isn't flashy enough for Riot to want him in the LCS.

. Riot has said somewhere that what makes him bad design (his ult) is the entire identity of the champion, that one skill, so they will leave him as an "OK" pick for the rest of the game's history.
