Can we buff Jax a little please

He feels so bad to play right now. Riot nerfed him 3 times because of spear and none of those nerfs were reverted. His active on his ult is extremely lackluster as champions like Leona and nasus have better versions of it. Also more people are building Grevious wounds now and without healing Jax feels like shit to play.
