Love the tank changes, but zac feels like it could be abused.

Re positioning in league is pretty huge, having two abilities that re position enemies without being able to avoid it is bad in every tier of the game. Katarina just flash E's to ult and kill the team wow such skill riot says. How about Zac Eing using his ult to grab the enemy laner and bringing him back to your team to die. Why should the only way of avoiding this be to try and hope flash is off cooldown. It's going to be abused in every elo because he's mechanically to simple with too much utility. I said it and I'm sure it will be true. Yea if he doesn't wait for charge it will knock back, but even so his E will knock them up W lets him re position to quickly ult or if he's close enough he can just ult. and With the slow unless you have a "dash" off cooldown. Your mechanically screwed playing anything else. TwistedFate Twitch Jinx Draven Teemo Ashe

Keep in mind, Zac's previous ult was the uncharged version of this ult, except it was far more mobile, with greater range, and three instances to knock away enemy champions, although it could only knockback once per champ. You could just E + R, and knockback the entire team. If anything, this gives more counterplay to Zac, since he doesn't get the best version of his ult, without letting it charge first.

It's not the knock back though. It's the grabbing an enemy and pulling them to an Orianna Illaoi the opposite of ryze ult. and ryze had a lot of issues of just being to strong for a while. https://youtu.be/MoVilNVsRPE?t=112

That's the charged portion, which, since the charge area increases as he charges, means you probably be able to get out pretty easily.
