You can just check patch notes you know SHe got damage nerfs , a nerf on her W , a buff to the passive shield , and Ult buffed Just changes , no buffs She has always been tanky , the buffs won't make her more tanky , it's just the shield passive gets refunded now by 3 seconds every time you proc w , you need to proc it twice to feel the difference so this change isn't exactly a buff to her burst

Likely overtuned. She actually did that kind of damage before, and she isn't especially tanky. It seems the changes improved her already reasonable clearspeed to the point she can reliably get a lead.

okay my bad then. No. Vi doesnt function as an assassin she functions as lock down because riot doesnt want to give her enough compensation for having that clunky q charge. she seems like the only champion with lower damage because her q is also mobility but the q self slows and is on a long cooldown and has to charge a long time.
