Talon graves rengar and fiora are to high on this list. Graves needs more tankyness plus he risks to accidentially proc nghtfall by lasthitting. Talon profits more from youmus+hydra and fiora is not the typical assasin and the item is bad on her because she pokes with autoattacks(yes her q applies nightfall). Rengo likes his crit more if ahead.

K6 should be way higher on this list because this item allows him to be successful in mid again and will turn down jungle k6 really much. Jarvan4 is missing on this list (the item is indeed really great on him).

And Akali Tryndamere MasterYi Nidalee Warwick Twitch Quinn Jhin Kindred should neither be in this list nor ever build this item

I disagree with Warwick Quinn Jhin and Kindred not buying the item. A note that all of the champions you listed I put into a category that means they COULD build the item and benefit from it.

However, Kindred and Warwick can benefit a lot from the item. Warwick being with on-hit builds and Kindred gaining the missing health damage she needs to secure a kill with her high current health damage. Also, Akali could build it. She benefits from AD in some areas. Trynd, Yi, and Nidalee could also build it if they needed to if they weren't doing quite enough damage to secure kills. Twitch I put there because, well, he could build it as I said.

For those unaware, Shaco is at the top of the list because his Clone procs Duskblade as well.

Pantheon will benefit a great deal as he has very little ability to contribute to fights if he falls behind. He can't ult safely to flank the enemy team because he's not tanky enough with low amounts of gold. He can't hop around easily without that tasty cdr cap. And his damage is pitiful without AD. The missing health damage will really help him out, especially in those cases where even critting isn't enough to kill the enemy.

I imagine that similar champions who need a lot of early gold to get rolling mid game or be useless will love Drakthur as a backup.
